Hello and good morning everybody.

The McKenzie houshold are up and ready to continue our fitness routine with Joe Wicks.

After our exercise, we are going to colour in our books and I am looking forward to starting my new book.

Then, continuing my geography focus, I am going to go through the counties of the continent of Africa with my children. Nabeelah looks very happy with this.

How many African countries can you name? Do you know any interesting facts about the countries?

I am sure my friend whose name begins with 'O' can tell me some interesting things about South Africa (oh no, I've given an answer away).😁
