The man needs to take the chicken first. He can then go back to collect the fox. He picks up the chicken again otherwise the fox will eat it. He puts the chicken in the boat and rows to the other side and swaps with the corn. He then goes back to the fox and drops off the corn. He then goes back to collect the chicken one last time and brings that over.

The man takes the chicken to the other side leaving the fox and the corn.
Then the man takes the corn and swaps the corn for the chicken.
He leaves the chicken on the first side and takes the fox to the other side and leaves it with the corn.
He then goes back and collects the chicken to bring it to the other side. He has now moved everything across the river.
