  1. It was made in Amesbury, Wilshire SP4 7DE. Stone Age people were the people who made Stonehenge and they made it so they could tell the time. It is a tourist attraction it means a lot of people like going to see it .

    It was used for the monumant to the dead or at least it was for 500 years during the first two phrases.

    2) In the 17th and 18th centuries, many believed Stonehenge was a Druid temple, built by those ancient Celtic pagans as a centre for their religious worship. In the 17th century, archaeologist John Aubrey made the claim that Stonehenge was the work of the Celtic high priests known as the Druids
    3)work stated around 5,000 years ago in the Neolithic age, but it took over a 1,000 years to build.
    4)Some researchers believe it may have bean a calendar other theories suggest it could have been a place of healing where sick people hock in hope of being cured by the miraculous powers.
