Children had a very hard life in the Victorian era. People didn't have a lot of money and had to work hard.
a) If they were poor they may have lived in the street or in very cramped housing with their mum, dad and siblings. b) Some of them went to school but they didn't go on Mondays because they had to help their mum with the laundry. c) There were lots of jobs like, sweeping, farming, servants, chimney sweeper. d) I would like to have live in this era to see how people lived compared to now but I don't think I would like it because it was very hard time.

What a fantastic answer, Sophia! I agree that it would have been interesting to experience living in Victorian times, but I definitely would not want to live in those times.
Shanel, would you live in the Victorian era if you could be rich? What would you miss the most from your life now?
Lanilde, I liked your answers, but I really loved your honesty letting me know what you have forgotten! Do not worry, you will remember when get back to school.
